I'm an Operations VA with two years of experience inside early-stage SaaS startups. I've redesigned broken onboarding flows, built automations that replaced hours of manual work, and created systems that teams actually use. I don't just document what exists. I look at what's breaking, figure out why, and build something better.

My approach: tell me where things feel chaotic, I'll assess what you actually need, recommend a setup that fits where you are right now, and build it. No overengineered solutions. No tools you'll never touch.

And I've learned the hard way that the best-designed system still fails if the people using it aren't ready for it. So I build with your team in mind, not just your tech stack.

How I Work

Before our first conversation, I do my homework. I'll come in already having reviewed what you've shared: your job description, your tools, whatever context you've given me, so we're not starting from zero. That first call is for me to ask the right questions, not the obvious ones.

To do good work, I need a few things from you: access to the tools you're using, honest answers about what's actually broken, some context about your team's capacity and how they work, and the numbers if you have them. The more I understand your constraints upfront, the better the system I build for you.

I also work best when I have the flexibility to recommend the right tools for the job. I won't suggest anything unnecessary or expensive, but I do need room to make judgment calls about what will actually work versus what just looks good on paper.

A few things I don't do: reactive on-call support, tasks without context, scope changes without a conversation first, and micromanaging. I'm not the right fit if you need someone clocked in and available throughout the day. I'm the right fit if you need someone who can take a messy operations problem, figure out what's actually wrong, and build something that fixes it. I work async and part-time.
